大赛目的 Objective
2019国际华人海归上海青年创业大赛，由英美华人企业协会 OCEA HUB发起，多个友好合作伙伴共同协办，鼓励中外文化交流融合，为创业青年提供创业孵化和加速综合服务。
Shanghai International Youth Start-Up Competition is initiated by OCEA HUB, co-organized with various impact partners, aims at encouraging the cross-culture exchange between Chinese and Foriegners, accelerating start-up incubation for young entrepreneurs.

奖项设置 Prizes
所有优秀胜出团队将能获得创业现金奖励以及主办方的创业资源支持，提供与多家天使基金、创投公司等投资组织对接机会。All outstanding teams will be awarded with cash prizes and supporting resources from the organizers. Projects with great marketing potential will be also connected to fundings.
金奖及银奖得主将会配套高达6个月的免费办公室供使用。For Gold and Siver Winners, a suitable size of office will be provided for free of charge up to 6 months.

参赛要求 Requirements
组别 Group

国内组 Local
参赛团队主要成员中必须包含至少一位的海归、港澳台胞或外籍人士。Team must include at least 1returnees / HK / Macau / TW / foreigners
02
国际组 International
参赛团队主要成员中必须包含至少一位的华人、华侨、海归或港澳台胞人士。Team must include at least 1 Chinese / HK / Macau / TW
对象 Targets
国际或国内高等学校在校生 ; 毕业5年以内的毕业生; 成立时间不超过5年的企业（2014年1月1日之后成立，10人以下团队）
University Students or Graduates within 5 years, or Company registered after 2014/1/1 ( <10 people)
参赛要求 Requirements
以团队的形式报名参赛，团队人数约2~5人
Apply as a team with a number of 2 to 5 members
参赛队伍通过筛选后需参加创业训练营
Selected team must attend training camp
金奖及银奖胜出队伍需要在上海注册落地
Gold & Silver Award Teams need to finish company registration in Shanghai after the competition.
