BM paper for PT3; BM, English papers for PAV postponed

KUALA LUMPUR: The Bahasa Melayu Paper 1 and 2 for the Form Three Assessment (PT3) examinations, scheduled to be held on Sept 30, have been postponed to Oct 9 nationwide.

This comes about due to a two-day holiday announced for this Sunday and Monday for Kelantan, which is mourning the death of former Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Ismail Petra.

The Education Ministry, announcing this today, also said that the Pendidikan Asas Vokasional (PAV) examination for the Bahasa Melayu Komunikasi and English for Communication papers, slated for Sept 30, has also been postponed to Oct 3 across the country.

The written papers for the PT3 examination were supposed to begin on Sept 30 and the exams would go on until Oct 8.
