Choong Siew Meng is one of the founding members of Malaysian Association in the People’s Republic of China (MAPROC) and Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MAYCHAM) Shanghai. He is presently MAYCHAM’s elected president.Choong Siew Meng was appointed as Managing Director of WinSun Group on the 6th June 2007. Prior to setting up his Group, he was a Research and Development Engineer. Siew Meng holds an Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the French Singapore Institute in Singapore. Having been in China since 1994 Siew Meng has more than 15 years of experience in the electrical drive and automation control system industries.

Bernard is the General Manager of SUN CHUNG Property Management (China) Company Limited Shanghai Branch. He has successfully brought in top fortune 500 companies like BORSH (China) and many other companies who are tenants of the Bank of China Tower in Pudong. Recognizing his contribution to the district’s development the authorities thereof selected him as one of the 10 outstanding youths in Pudong New Area in 2005. Bernard has been in China for the past 18 years.

Bernard started his career with Penang Shangri-La Hotel in Malaysia. He performed well in his work and was quickly promoted. In his career highlights he had served United Kingdom’s Prince Philip and many other international politicians. In 1991 he came to Shanghai for work and has served successively as the catering Manager of the Portman, Shangri-La Hotel, as the Director of Sales of Worldfield Convention Hotel and as the Director of Customer Service of ShanghaiMart. Deputy General Manager for United Plaza as Project Development in Shanghai, responsible for Real Estate Development, Property Management and Services. He was born in Malaysia and graduated in Hotel Administration from Switzerland, with further educational hotel program at Cornell University, Ithaca New York.

William Leong runs his own business in China. Prior to starting his own business he was the Head of China Business Department for a Big-8 Hong Kong CPA firm for 9 years. For the last 18 years he has travelled extensively in China carrying out assignments involving a wide range of services which include audits, IPO due diligence, internal audits, tax advisory, investment entry advisory and corporate finance advisory. Albert Chiang aged 47 is the Group Managing Director of Bonia Corporation Bhd, one of Asia’s leading fashion retailers with a network of over 800 sales outlets and 80 boutiques throughout the world.

As the Group Managing Director, Albert is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and product distribution functions for the Group. Albert’s role also covers the group’s daily management, decision-making and operations. Bonia (Shanghai) Commerce Limited was established on 28th March 2008 and being the person-in-charge he travels to Shanghai at least once a month to supervise the daily operations of Shanghai office.

Notwithstanding his heavy work schedule Albert is the immediate past President of the Malaysian Retailer-Chains Association as well as the Vice-Chairman of Maycham China. Albert is also actively involved in retailer associations such as The Malaysia Franchise Association, Malaysia Retailers Association, ASEAN Retail-Chains and Franchise Federation, Persatuan Usahawan Muda Malaysia, Branding Association of Malaysia, The Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
